Programme Overview

Integrates legal frameworks with managerial decision-making. Covers corporate laws, governance, contracts, regulatory environments, compliance, and ethical leadership for professionals at the intersection of business and law.

Eligibility Criteria

• Completed or in final semester of a 3-year or 4-year undergraduate degree.
• Qualifying degree from an institution recognised by UGC.
• Foreign university degrees must be approved by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
• Valid score in CAT / XAT / NMAT / CMAT / ATMA (CET accepted for Phase 2 only).
• Selection: Entrance Exam (30%) + Interview (40%) + Academics (20%) + Work Experience (5%) + Diversity (5%).
